Health & Disability System Review

The Health and Disability System Review is being undertaken in 2019 to consider how to make it a fairer, more equitable system.

We have made this submission encouraging the government to consider the needs and rights of children during this review, including considering use of child impact assessment, and children’s voices in decision-making around systemic policy and service design.

Often, the voices and views of children are missing from these discussions and this submission raises some key considerations on behalf of Aotearoa New Zealand's children.
