Commissioner Becroft's Reflective Speeches

As Judge Andrew Becroft finished his time as Children's Commissioner, he presented five speeches reflecting on his five years in the role. The speeches covered five missing pieces in the child and youth wellbeing jigsaw: youth justice, "care and protection", wellbeing, child poverty and children's rights and voices.
