Report of the New Zealand Children’s Commissioner to the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child 2010

The report includes comment on the situation of children in New Zealand, and draws the Committee’s attention to the general measures of implementation where improvement would significantly enhance respect for children’s rights and interests in New Zealand and specific aspects where New Zealand could do better in meeting children’s rights and interests.
