As a child or young person, you have special rights, and we want to make sure that you know what they are, and that you have your rights respected. It is the Commissioner's role to advocate for you.

For free, independent advice on children’s rights:

  • call us on 0800 224 453 from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  If you need an interpreter, just ask for ‘language line’ and the language you want when you call us
